I got a customer with a Hopper 3 and 2 Joey 2s. All tvs will lose audio at random while they are watching them. The video keeps playing as if it is muted. I cannot remember their TV brands at the moment but they are fairly high dollar tvs. All boxes are hooked up DIRECTLY to each tv with HDMI...
