I've been getting ridonkulously high latency on HughesNet EchoStar 19, Beam 5, Gateway 15. We're talking multiple seconds. The highest was a massive 44(!) seconds latency. How do I find out where it is coming from? Traceroutes don't show anything, though there are a couple hops that time out...
