    Allocated at indirect dealers?

    Went to my local dealer asked for hopper and joey. When they tried to order they were told those units are allocated right now and not available.

    Both remotes control tuner 1 in dual mode.

    Any tips on what I am doing wrong? 922 is in a closet so both are uhf. I can delete remote 2 and reinstall but both remotes change channels on both rooms as if it was in solo mode. I have read through a handful of threads not finding my same problem. Thanks for any instructions.

    Why is that some qualify for NY & LA channels and some just one or the other. Anyone know?

    mpeg2/mpeg4 combo?

    I have a customer that wants a 722/222 on DHA. They have (own) a 322 that they want to use for room 5 & 6. Will Dish not activate that for them? They are in the Western arc. Thats kind of what I got from retail support. Thanks!
