    HR20 won't play media server files

    My HR20-700 is able to identify media server PC's on my network, and to list the available music and movie files. At one time I was able to play music. Now every file has an 'X' on its row, and the HR20 won't play any of them. What does the 'X' signify? What can I do to make the files playable?
