    HR21-700 question

    I have my HR21-700 networked to my PC . When I turn off my PC, I get notification on my TV that the PC has logged off. This message does not go away automatically. I have to select OK on my remote to clear it. Is there a way to turn this feature off or at least shorten the notification time...

    My son wants a DVR in his room. He doesn't have an HDTV. Im thinking of getting him a DVR off of ebay. Are there any models i should avoid for any reason, such as age of model or features and reliability? Thanks.

    D11-100

    I have (2) D11-100 receivers, one in each of the kids bedrooms. These must be the bottom of the line receivers from D*. Are there ever any updates, CE or otherwise for these low end boxes?
