    I have read numerous post of people having problems receiving their OTA Channels. I'm just wondering if after the Voom install you take matters into your own hands to obtain the best signal. I get the feeling a lot of folks bail from Voom because they can't/don't try to enhance their locals...

    I'm KEEPING Voom!

    That's exactly what I told the D* rep that called me last night. I "Dumped" D* (dumped can be used for D or does it only apply to V) in March. Now they are trying to get me back. They will have to pry my Voom remote from my cold dead hand first. Voom works for me! Regards!

    Phone Home! How?

    So, I'm checking out the "System Status" and I notice that the box had an Unsuccessful contact with the HQ. My last Successful Report was on 5/28/04. I can't figure out why it was not successful so I try calling the 1-800-348-4922. Lo and behold it's not in service. Now whats up with that...
