    how do i adjust my dish?

    after last night's t-storm, i have totally lost my signal. signal strength is 0 across the board. i tried resetting the receiver, but it didn't help. directv wants $70 to have someone come out and adjust my dish. is it possible to do it myself?? if so, how?

    i ordered ppv without phone connected

    i am a newbie and i ordered my first ppv movie. i didn't have my phone connected, because i didn't know that i needed to, but i was able to watch the movie with no problems. why does directv say you need your phone connected?
