    3900 Reciever Fades In And Out

    I have a 3900 receiver. I hooked it up to a TV and the search/info screen slowly dims and keystones then returns to normal. I doubt this is normal. Is there a way to fix it? Perhaps a bad electrolitic capacitor (which one)? Trash it? Thanks, xmtrig
