    ota locals, one line on top of screen that flickers

    I install a cm 4228 and connect to a directv hd receiver but the ota locals have a black and white line on the top of my 42" flat screen that flickers. The other HD channels from Dish are normal. What is the cause of that line?

    say I need 19 outputs, what do I do?

    I don't want to use couple of 4x8s and cascade down. Can I use 3 "three way splitter with one port power passing" and 3 "6x8 multiswitch" to accomplish this?
