    LA HD Locals Spotbeam Expanded?

    I have LA Locals in SD (8000-8021) but not HD...Today I found that LA major Locals HD (6000-6017) were now active in HD for me. I am about 175 mi N of LA and have always subscribed to locals, if only SD, now I get HD, which were cut off when Dish went Spotbeam. Has the Spotbeam radius been expanded?

    Classic Arts and Pentagon Channel Added

    Just noticed (Sat PM) that the Classic Arts Channel is now full time on 9406 and not just on 61.5...The Pentagon Channel also just appeared on 9405. Not HD but a nice addition for us non-61.5 viewers

    KCAL Los Angeles Now HD

    SoCal DISH folk can rejoice. KCAL is now HD on 6311. This means Laker and LA Dodger games will have that added definition. Thanks DISH.

    KTLA in LA Finally in HD

    KTLA the Los Angeles CW is finally aboard in HD. Tuned in today at 4pm PDT and there it was on 6310. Just in time for the Lakers v Clippers game tonite. Now all we need is KCAL for the balance of the local NBA in HD
