    Trying to authorize Joey's

    The installer has 4 Joeys on the truck. Only on's number will authorize. He can not get them to change the work order two one Joey. I am 2 hours away from his office and the other installers are all having the same problem.

    One dish in Wyoming?

    We are in western Wyoming and want to upgrade to HD. I don't realy want two dishes. Will the dish 1000 work for us? Is it possible to get dish to send us he hardware and set it up ourselves? We have set up our present system in all three of our moves.
