When I switch to another channel on my Hopper the screen goes black for almost a minute then connects. Its also happening on the Joeys. Shut down unit for 30 mins and disconnect all Joeys. It still takes a long time to connect to another channel. Any ideas? Its as though I have lost signal but...

I had my Hopper installed today and thought it was interesting that we had to replace two Joeys which did not operate correctly. Both were marked "remanufactured" Other than that everything went smoothly, and the installer did a great job.
