    Wireless Joey Access Point Question

    I have 2 HWS. I'm replacing them with an H3 and a 4K Joey. My wireless Joey access point is currently hooked up to the HWS that will be replaced by the 4K Joey. Will this have to be moved to the H3 location or can it stay connected to a 4K Joey?

    My Hopper just 311'd

    It's a Hopper without sling. I've had it for probably a year. Whenever they first came out. I turned it on today and had the error. All DVR recording and functions are gone. They're sending a replacement. I pushed for expedited shipping at Dish's expense.

    Programming is in SD on the HD channel. It's been this way for a couple of days. The last time this happened, they said Dish was in the wrong feed.

    Wrong OTA guide info

    Who do I have to talk to about an OTA channel having the wrong guide info on my Hopper. This was also the case on the 922. Topeka's KTMJ Fox is showing the info for KSNT NBC. When I watch OTA on my TV's tuner, the info is correct.
