    I look enviously at D* and U-verse users that have TVOne. Does Dish have a really bad relationship with Comcast? Is this why there's no TVOne on Dish (besides having a largely rural non-urban audience)?

    I saw some nasty whiteout type issues during "Dr. Who" (2nd showing) on Sci-Fi HD. What was weird was that I was watching this on my bedroom LCD! The entire picture went out for a split second. Yeah, I'll e-mail dishquality. However, I wanted to see if anyone else experienced the issue.
