Just had a genie and client added to my home, i cant seem to get the client to find my sharp tv? When i go through the prompts it asks av1 or av2 ...not sure what this means? (maybe i should be selecting av2?) When i select av1 and then tell it i dont know my model it cant find it and locks up...

Hello, i have aligned literally hundreds of the older style dish 500's, here at my house i have the siperdish as stated in my title. Is there a correct procedure that makes aligning this dish easy/easier? My signal is verified on input 1 and input 2 my signal on 129 spotbeam 14 is 15 on 121trans...
