Scott, with USB 3.0 is there still the limit of 2GB external hard drive with it's own power supply? Also with the quad viewing, can that be done with a non 4K tv, or do you need 4K?

I just had this happen last night. The only way I could get the sound not to drop out was to rewind, not skip back the recording a few seconds. It would then work fine until the next time I paused, skipped forward or auto hop skipped. After that, the sound would cut out until I rewound again.

Try running a check switch with nothing connected first to clear out the switch matrix.

OK. What is the current dish for Western Arc? Dish Depot only lists the 1000.2 for both eastern and western arcs. Are they the current dish or is the 1000.4 the current dish?

I don't see an option for a 500 pointing to 61.5 and 72.7. Am I missing it?

Does the arm come off a 1000.4 or is it the whole skew assembly? I don't think I need 77 so a 1000.2 looks better to me.
