    On software 358 and go to manual update and it says downloading. Goes through process, reboots, connecting to Hopper, but never completes and actually update. Should I wait for the system to update on it's own. Have two other Joey 4's in system as well Sent from my Pixel 7 Pro using Tapatalk

    Had the same thing happen over the w/e exactly as you described while wife was streaming Outlander (on demand). Did the same with a couple of other on demand shows). Did a couple of resets and unplugs with same result. Removed the "plus' from the system and works fine now.

    Same in the Flint / Saginaw / Bay City DMA. Our FOX station WSMH (66) has an issue that has been causing pixelation via OTA that affects the Dish provided channel as well. Funny enough it is a Sinclair channel. I just emailed them a couple of days ago about the issue. Not sure if it's worth...
