I haven't seen any uplink activity for AMC...yet. I do wish they would rerun the season of HOW for usn's who didn't get to watch it.

Yep. CBS would lose the case since the Auto-Hop IS initiated by the user and NOT Dish. The commercial skipping has already been upheld by the court.

If the autohop feature is illegal then every dvr that has a 30 second skip or fast fwd is illegal no matter who the provider is. The networks are a bunch of cry babies anyway. Do they really want to make all dvr manufacturers do away with the 30 sec skip?

I've gotten three bad discs in a row from BB. I switched back to Netflix and have gotten no bad discs plus for me the turn around time is alot faster than BB since the shipping point is two hours away. I still keep BB for the extra HD channels. Maybe they'll straighten BB out one of these days.

I've been with Dish since July 9 and my bill says AEP but I too have the premiums for 3 months so that's why it shows AEP. When you downgrade after 3 months then it should show the 250 package.

Yeah, I only watch Mad Men, Hell on Wheels, and TWD are the only one's I watch. I hate to miss them but life goes on. Besides look for an agreement to be signed before the end of Sept.

My installer didn't have a bit of trouble at all. The download took about 45 min and joey paired right up with the hopper. So far (knock on wood)I have not any problems with the hopper even with the new downloads.

I've heard from sources that cannot be named(not csr"s either) that AMC should be back on in Sept if not the last of August. I hope they're right.
