Me as well and have had to use the On Demand option to catch shows that are outside of the window of being saved in the Prime Time 8 day option. Wonder what the heck is going on?!?!?

Started back in late 90s, so 20+ years. Dish 5000 was the first receiver I had. left Time Warner because of the constant outages.

One of my other complaints about all of this "new programming" on separate apps, so I pay for all of these extra packages, how do I know what is on each of them. Would be nice if someone could create something like a guide to help you though all your choices. I know it would not be a time...

Also, if you have no clue who is logging in, you could always change the password to your Dish account and that would take care of it. Family member would then come to you if it was them :-)
