Thanks for getting back. Yesterday I restarted several times from the tools menu with no change. I did not do an unplug restart. This morning however after the nightly restart it is fixed as of now. Thanks again.

Update, if there is only a single recording it will play but, if multiple episodes the episode won’t load or play. Also noticed that if it is still loaded in home page as a recent recording you can click and play that new episode even if multiple other episodes but still no way to see and play...

Regular TV does not come up. I have the PLUS, says it can’t connect to hopper. If I remove the plus will it boot up to live TV do you think? It does not get past the second line in the boot up process.

Be patient and keep trying. It took me 4 tries this morning. I used the update tool, 3 times it went through as usual but when it came back up with live TV and the home screen it was still on 339. Finally on the 4th try it updated.

Is it going to be in HD? Because if not who cares? I understand the shows are not in HD but SD showed when given the bandwidth of an HD channel look good. When I was able to watch OTA through my Joey off my OTA dongle before Dish screwed that up they looked really good.

As was mentioned, after update it worked fine that evening but the next day it was cap. Yesterday watched alot of football OTA on the hopper. Went downstairs for a bit turned on the 4k Joey and it was unwatchable with blocking and audio dropouts.

I just wanted to update. I just forced 507 and OTA working on my 4k Joey for past hour without a hiccup even on the weaker channels. Fingers crossed.
