Should there be guide data in the dish anywhere app? Mine show the channels but no data info and when I try to click on them I get the message “no data forthe current listing”?

I would be leery of the current validity in any of these. In just a brief view of the 2/3yr programs for existing customers I see no charges for Joeys in the 2 yr and none for the hoppers or joeys in the 3 yr one. I find it hard to believe DISH will just be comping them!

Tried to force an update to 341 today with no luck! It went through the whole process of downloading and eventually rebooting only to come back still on H339.

This is my setup and it works well.

It’s been stable since my original complaint. There might have been an update to the tv, firestik or the app that caused the initial problem. Whatever it was is gone.

Take a deep breath and relax. The age of instant gratification is coming to an end. In DISH’s case it already has. If you would like to know what happened try and wade yourself through almost 1000 post in the “DISH Down thread”. There are maybe 20 relevant post in that 1000 so it will take awhile.
