    If that is with the upgraded signal meter that has the first numerals in red then it is a great signal if it is the former signal strength meter with all numbers black then you need an adjustment as it should be 100+ with the old standard on both satellites in most areas.

    You need to make sure it is set to air and not to cable and then do an auto program and it should pick up channel 60 and work just fine.

    No unless it is a new software update the DVR only records programs that the user programs it to record. You may have selected record all of the episodes of the program or new episodes or a specified time M-F or every day etc. rather than just selecting record this program just this one time...

    You can get the 110, 119 & 129 with one dish and lnb but you can not get the 61.5 along with the other signals with one dish. The mast sizes for both are the same and the new dish can be mounted on your existing mast with no problem if it is good and plumb and aligned properly.
