If you are talking about the modulated output of a 722 try changing the output channel to something lower than 37. All of the channels above that are full of cell phone frequencies now and can create interference. Of course don't forget to change the receiving TV to the appropriate channel.

Both ABC and CBS in Vegas have numerous translator stations throughout the area. My suspicion is your receiver is locking on one of those which likely will not get OTA data from dish. You will probably need to receive the primary channel in order to get the guide data.
