I have the same OTA pixelation problem on my 4K Joey, my Hopper 3 handles the OTA without any issues.

I just upgraded from 722k to the Hopper 3 and trying to learn my way around the remote. I have 2 questions. 1. With the 722k remote I could use jump ahead 24 hours with the guide..how is this done with the Hopper remote? 2. Can I setup the guide to view just the HD channels or do I need to...

That would be me....... I have the Welcome Pack, and OTA module...... HD for life and all work fine...... I also have the Heartland Package and those channels as well as the Preview Channels all come in HD. I don't and wouldn't pay the $30 fee

That's what it looks like. I took the plate off, and turned it vertical so it appears to be working..... time will tell.

I went ahead and called DISH and they had me change the Joey from Horizontal to Vertical and it seems to stopped the problem.

I am getting a Green Signal from the Hopper..... and a "This is not an active feature" message on the Joey

My Joey for the last day or so has been freezing up and pixelating real bad. The Hopper is fine, the MoCA Signal is good. I have unplugged the Joey several times to reboot it and it has not changed my problem. Is it time to call Dish for a new Joey? Thanks

No Joey.....just the HWS and 211K Prior to the HWS I had a 722K with the $7.00 DVR fee....... and the 211K and was never charged the $7.00 HD Receiver Fee for the 211K
