I got my ipad 2 on Friday and downloaded the D* app yesterday. It's not seeing my receivers at all. I spent 1h and 20 minutes on the phone with a CR and we tried everything. She finally decided to escalate the problem to their software folks. I'm suppose to get a call in the next few days...

I have the HR20. All my gear is in the living room. My internet provider is the the local cable company. It comes in the house in my den, near my desk. So, the router is too far to run a cable. I picked up an ipad Friday and I started looking at the D* app. I've never had an internet connection...

For the life of me, I can't how much the wireless adapter from D* costs. I've looked all over the web site and I can't find it. My router is far away from my receiver and I might want to get one of these but I certainly need to know, how much it costs! Darn fine installation video though. :)

I bought my first HD TV about the time World Cup Soccer was being played. I had VOOM and was looking for anything to watch, and really fell in love with World Cup in HD. I could see the damn ball and can certainly understand how hockey fans feel about their sport in HD.
