    I had DTV satellite since 1996, switched over to DTV stream 2 years ago this month. Love DTV but the fees on satellite made me change. Would love you tube tv for the price. But don’t like that can’t channel surf channel to channel. And not having channel numbers like on stream.

    I have DTV stream at my home and my families vacation home 300 miles away. Get the locals here and the locals for the other home for that area.

    That’s part of why I switched to DTV stream. A lot cheaper, I was paying Close to $40 in just fees. Stream no HD Fee, no Dvr fee, no additional receiver fee, no Regional sports fee. Almost every channel is HD.

    On the Osprey box you can see what the resolution of each channel Most are 1080p and the channels like Abc fox espn channels are 720p.

    I had DTV satellite since 1996 I finally dropped sat and switched to stream. Lot cheaper than satellite. No $10 dvr fee No $10 hd fee No $7 additional recvr fee No Rsn fee I have the Ultimate package for $104.99 And $5 movies extra , a lot cheaper than satellite.

    Directv stream add new sports feature, press and hold ok button until new sports tab opens. Show game tile on side with scores and also additional options. Like Game time line, team comparison and game leaders. Or direct tune to channel.

    Stream has the same channel line up and numbers as the sat service only a few channels missing. But 99% of the channels are HD and you don’t pay the $10 hd fee or the $10 dvr or the additional receiver fees.

    Yes it’s same channel line up and numbers with a few exceptions. All the major channels are on stream except a handful like NFL network, MavTv , outdoor life, and all the religious channels. Stream does have a few channels that satellite does not have, like Heroes and Icons and Fox Weather.

    Love stream- love how most channels are are HD. Channels that are in SD on satellite. Cspan channels, all the Encores, BET her, qvc 2, CNN international, even the Jewelry tv channel is HD. Picture quality is great.

    I’m on day 3 and so far has not buffered or gone out. I have 50mbps internet.
