    I also lost all my local channels after the upgrade ast night. I called D* technical support and they fixed it over the phone.

    Dino, Thanks, this is the way I configured my H10. 480i/p & 1080i resolution only, and pillar box with gray side bars when on 480 i/p. Thanks to all for your help. Much appreciated.

    Missing HD channels on "Guide"

    Tried everything you guys recommended so far, without success. Still do not see all the HD channels into my "guide" screen. Strange. Anyone knows if there is an engineering menu to configure the "guide" profiles?

    Just trried to repeat the set-up without improvement in the. It is aggravating and I don't know how to fix it. Does anyone knows a way to edit the guide configuration?

    Yep, that's what I did, force 1080i on the box. But it stretches SD a little unfortunatelly. Thanks for your help guys.

    Thanks for your help. My TV (Mitsubishi Diamond WS-55813) does not support 720p. So I changed the resolution menu to 480i/p & 1080i only (which disbales Native), and got 73 to now work when I tune in. Seems like the Native mode was slightly better for SDTV though.

    I checked all versus custome list and all the HD channels are in custom. I did the reset and still don't have the 2 channels in the guide list. Very strange. Any other idea? Do you have an HD10 also? Can you see all channels correctly in the various guides?

    When I press "Guide" and "HD Channels" on my H10 receiver, channels 70 and 74 are not listed...? All other available HD channels are. Any idea why? Is there a way to edit the list of channels that are programmmed in the guides?
