after talking to the 3rd CSR i needed the box hit and they need the #'s to the card that was in the box since they somehow disappeared...lol were up and runnin after the hit, so what did we get in the upgrade,,,hmmmmm

VOOM is on the phone they do not know the ph. # THE BOX NEEDS TO DIAL IN THE #5 INSTALL STEP the CSR wants me to call in the AM, so we can 3 way Installs ....lol

lol. CSR's are clueless my box lost activation and it trys to dial out to get confirmation and its no working my friend....lol im calling to see if i can get a CSR who has a clue...lol
