    Maybe Dish want to make that $10 anyway...so maybe they are planning to offer a Platinum package to subs....& if there is HD box...they get the HD signal...otherwise they get the SD signal...& in both cases...Dish gets that $10...instead of only from HD subs in the current situation.

    Yes...Dish Latino packages include both those channels...but u keep missing the point. Anyway....if Dish make the FSEP available to PR subs in the 800 range for us Classic package subs...then it will be same for us.

    407 was available for PR subs for any Classic package. 855 is only Latino package. Dish did the right thing when they gave us this channel at 407...since we dont have any RSN channel & this was our source also to catch up with soccer games. Now dish has taken that away.....guess I will be watch...

    So that means that all the spotbeams for PR is used up or there is still more spotbeams space for PR available for more HD channels later on. Also havent heard anything abt exclusive local channels that we were told abt.....Have no idea what they r. Talk to a CSR...& they dont have a clue also...

    Generally when dish uplink...it takes sometime to make them available to customers. As Scott reported in the other thread of HD for PR....there is a Retailers Chat on July 20th...so expect these channels to be available around that time.
