How do you correlate the voom RF channels to the OTA channels???

Ilya, I finally figured it out with your help and the help of the net. You are correct the analog station transmitter and the Digital transmitter stations are totally different and are in different locations here. Where I was getting messed up is the VOOM menu indicates channel 2 WESH Orlando...

How do you correlate the voom RF channels to the OTA channels???

Hi again, when the scan is completed it only has the five channels. There other seven are not there even on page 2 of the scan. I looked on the antenna web site for my zip code the channels they have correlate to the local channel numbers not the VOOM "RF" designator. Channel 9 WFTV local shows...

Lost fringe OTA channels after update.

Ilya, the lost channels are in the Map and are some are in the 70/79 range and some in the 60/69 range, I think, because I cannot identify which "lost" channels are which on the "RF" identifier but I am pretty sure they are the higher powered signals. Thanks, Russ

How do you correlate the voom RF channels to the OTA channels???

Ilya, I get all 17 channels on my menu but when it comes to scanning the scanner will only report on those channels over 80 in my case there are 5 channels that are over 80. The other channels which are under 80 are not reported on a scan. It just says 5 of 17 channels under the scan...

How do you correlate the voom RF channels to the OTA channels???

Ilya, the channel mapping will only show the channels mapped over a receive level of 80. If you watch on the bottom of the channel scan it will tell you how many of the local channels were mapped in my case it was 5 of 17.

How do you correlate the voom RF channels to the OTA channels???

Thanks Ya'll, but the auto tune feature on the receiver won't pick them up if they are not over a "RF" level of 80. The chart from Antenna web is not the same frequency assignment as the VOOM receiver. Antenna web uses the local channel number as the frequency assignment. I believe the VOOM...

How do you correlate the voom RF channels to the OTA channels???

Hi, I am trying to find where the OTA channels are in the VOOM "RF" receiver. I have several Local OTA Channels that may need tuning but I cannot find any information that tells you which VOOM "RF" numbers correlate to the local OTA Channels. For instance when I am tuning my local channel 9 on...

Lost fringe OTA channels after update.

 Hi, since the update I cannot get several channels that I received before the update. I guess when they updated the program any fringe channels under a signal level of under 80 cannot get opened. Prior to the update I could get the channels but they might pixelate some but be OK to watch...
