    You must have SE exposure for Voom Aleki, you must have some SE exposure (130-ish degrees on the compass) in order to hit the 61.5 sat. Elevation is then 35-ish degrees above horizontal. Good luck!!

    Cool boatman. I've only had it since 4/7, but loving it. PQ was going thru some pains, but now seems to be much better. Love the OTAs too. Viva la Voom!

    I had INHD & INHD2 with TWC at my last residence. Voom is better than TWC for HD of course, but really hope Voom gets these 2 eventually. They are GREAT channels!

    Wow PDQ, I didn't think you could pick up VHF stations (ie..PBS) with a Silver Sensor since the antenna is UHF only. That's the reason I didn't get one of those. I got a small RCA UHF/VHF for my apt and it works fine. But I've heard good things about the SS. And yes, PBS is one of the best...

    TG you are correct. 8-15 for some reason is that Voom ad. But yes, 8-1 is PBS. And remember PBS is VHF. I'm in an apt so I picked up a small RCA UHF/VHF antenna...works fine and I can pick up VHF and the rest of the digital locals (have only been watching CBS and PBS so need to check on 51)...

    Do you turn your sat box off at night? Mine was off one of those first nights, but I had awakened in the middle of the night and some yellow lights were visible on the display. When I got up the next day the receiver was back to off (so they must have hit it that night when it was off)...

    My time was behind too. But they hit it within a couple of days and changed it. Just give it a couple (work) days since your install was on Friday. Maybe it will happen first of next week. If it's not done by say Tues, I'd give 'em a call.

    No problem. I'm with ya...and yeah I'm a 'stros fan, of course! Granted, I would think if KNWS does indeed broadcast digitally and your OTA eqpt talks their lingo (UHF vs. VHF) why wouldn't it be a done deal - now there I would definitely need a lesson :) . But why it's not in the guide...
