    The pickets in the railing/gate whatever it is, and the vertical joints in the brickwork directly behind the dish in the photo. Suggests the camera was not 90 degrees straight up.

    Don't mean to butt in. Look at the pickets and mortar joints in the background. He may have too much angle. Also, the lnb looks to me like it has too much angle. Just my 2 cents.

    Stargazer, what do you think of this? Is it possible that the company that ran the FO in my area did so with some sort of grant money? They then took the money and ran without following through? Just a thought as I know little about these things.
