Last Thursday night 1/20/22 I found that the East NBC feed TP on 103w that I normally record The Blacklist on was so weak I couldn't lock it. 11880 is the FTA East feed and I can't remember when it wasn't there. The other FTA TP, which is the 11760 West feed and normally too weak to lock was...

We got that crap here in Virginia Monday but it wasn't 8 inches. We got about 4 inches of snow then the sleet started and now it's got about a half inch crust of ice on the whole works. Bad part about it is there's more of it in the forecast for 3 days later this week??? WTF? [rolleyes]

Yep, I disconnect everything associated with my satellite and OTA stuff so there's NO ground path inside on anything!! Vboxes, receivers, power strips, coax to everything and even the motor/sensor connections to the dish motors. Started doing that a couple of years ago and haven't lost...

Heh, you guys are going to laugh at me, BUT, I've used those "screw on" RG-6 coax cable connectors forever on all 3 of my satellite and OTA TV systems and I seal those screw onto the cable connectors packed with PETROLEUM JELLY along with the same stuff packed in the connections to the "F"...

Well, I guess this thread is moot point as the PR Mux is back on all 3 of my Cband systems using the S9 and Micro HD receivers. But again...............Thanks guys for taking the time to try to help this "old man" out!! ;)

Well, I'm done! What I found out is that NONE of the stuff I tried on that NBC 9GB 105w feed video file would leave me with audio after I reduced the size of the file/s. All of them defaulted to the 1st sound track which has nothing on it from what I've seen and there were no others in it...

Heh, funny, my 3 BUDs are sitting right in the middle of a 10 acre wooded lot and there are two cell towers that are about 2 miles southeast of me. Only enough trees down to put the house and a yard on the south side of that house. And here I been thinking about cutting some more trees down...

Yep, over the past few weeks that PR mux "seems" to have fixed itself cuz all my junk is working also?? Sort of good news, bad news though, ie, good news is it's working normally now. Bad news is we still don't know what caused the problem in the first place? Ennywho, good to see that one...
