    Yes, you are on the right track. LNBs last a while. I would test it first on the fta receiver before automatically replacing. Old might still work. Ku on a 10 ft mesh dish works but you miss alot of feeds. If you really want ku then i would get a separate dish for Ku. I would go with a 4 ft...

    Primestar was I believe on AMC 16 at 85 degrees. Either 83 or 85. You needed a primestar receiver to get/see the programming. You couldn't see it with a FTA receiver. FTA backhauls were on the satellite on other transpondets. Both analog and digital. Sent from my LM-G710VM using Tapatalk

    Amount of satellite on 1 dish

    You can scan as many as there are satellites for. Whatever the limit is it's got to be higher than the number of satellites. You will be able to get the whole ku band scanned in with no problem Sent from my LM-G710VM using Tapatalk

    10 footers are not any different. I've spent hours trying to get it the best it can be from 34.5 to 139w. A certain spot is better until 58w. FOX told me the feeds started scrambling in 2010 was because of the site but lots of people dispute that outside that network. Yes, lots of feeds get scrambled .
