I lost the channels for about 10-20 mins last friday on my 1.2m(first time). Soon after Q went back to a solid 94%. Right now its 88%, usually its lower or bouncing at this time of night.

At 4:48 it started pixelating at 60-69% for a few minutes. Q soon went up to 70, now its bouncing 70-90%. Skys are clear and 98% on other tp's. Edit: Just checked and now its 91%.

Unless the channel is remapped? For some reason my mixer caused magnavox dtv converters to pixelate. They were even on separate breakers. Im not sure what problem was? I got digitalstream boxes and now there's no interference from the mixer.

70-87% bouncing 10:07PM EST Haven't seen the signal go out yet here in NY on the Ontario boarder. It might go out sometime late in the night but so far I havent even seen pixelation.

I have the one shown in the review. What program would I need to reload the satellite and tp data? It doesnt have blind scan and the satellite and tp list is outdated.

Does anyone know where I can find the original firmware for a Rex-1?

The signal drops in the evening but doesn't cause any pixelation or problems. Im in northern ny right on the boarder, 1.2m primestar (channelmaster), primestar lnb, Coolsat 5000 and Rex-1 receivers.

I live in northern ny and haven't experienced any significant signal loss. Its 10PM EST and Q is constantly changing from 69% to 87%, during the day its 97%. Picture and sound is excellent no pixilation at all.

Thats one of my favorite shows :). Its on every weekday at 10pm on my local CW.

I hooked the dn receiver back up and tp 14 has 93% signal. So I dont know what im doing wrong. On my fta receiver I have the lbn set to stacked, should it be? My fta receiver has 99% quality on nasa but theres no pictue.

Do you have an 18" dish laying around? Before I had my roof antenna, I had a pair of amplified rabbit ears siting in front of an old dn dish. With out the dish channels were barely receivable. The only problem is it not very directional, but the dish works as a great reflector. :cool:

Guess I should have looked. I just won a Coolsat 5000 for $33.49 shipped. The shipping was 14.99 from Ontario, Canada which is right across the river from me. Hopefully the shipping doesnt take to long.

I looked at the local cable guides on titantv and it seems timewarner dropped the channel. Carrel has KUIL on channel 9 but it still says fox, as the affiliation. It shows up on tv fool as ch. 64, but not in the titantv ota listing for the Beaumont area.

Does anyone know what the feed was actually for? cable? the lp transmitter? I'd be glad to call the number on the web site and find out whats going on. But I dont know what I would say.:confused:
