I didn't like it when first installed but after tweeking some things I love it. I agree with Scott on the folders wasting space, they should have kept it at 12 in a folder. The control center is long overdue and I love having quick access to Bluetooth, the clock app and others.

Just have them only use Facetime over Wi-Fi, no need to worry about data there. I have service with AT&T but don't have the family share plan so i can only use the facetime over wi-fi, no LTE service here and can't use if over 3G(4G) because of our plan.

I haven't noticed really. I did just use the music app to check and noticed that depending on how loud you leave the volume in the app that after you close it then lock your phone, the lock sound is the same volume. I don't recall that sound's volume changing back on my old iPhone with iOS 5.x...

Well I'm not for sure. I know my mothers address is her apple id and I'm assuming my brothers is as well. Open the photo app and select photo stream at the bottom. Then tap the + icon at the top left. I just set up a folder and added the people to it by the email address I had in my contacts...
