I know that was just giving a example of a Cable Company that has OPTV http://www.optv.org/schedule/#page=schedule&day=20161219&provider=Mediacom%20-%20Springfield and KZOK Radio stations.
Just showing a updated list of V-Me Affliates. If you search KZOK PBS Kids it shows up but Mediacom doesn't post channel additions coming up and it's one the providers that has that channel.
