    I went from voom to cable, but cable still does not have many of the OTA channels available and, stupidly I think, they don;t have an OTA tuner on the HD box. They do have an HD PVR rolling out. I have a MyHD 'cause I like to get all of our local OTA content and sub's when available...

    How can you possibly say that the antenna install would be $2000? That's ridiculous. This isnt evolving technology, antennas have been installed like this for decades.

    I'm going to email him about my CC problems. But if you have to email someone (Wilt) w/a $1,000,000.00+ yearly package to get low level things done, then you can see why Dolan just got a raise from $500,000 to $1,000,000.00+ and why VOOM needs some real internal adjustment.

    Well, last week they said they would escalate and get a call back on WED, no call back. Called yesterday, asked why they didn't call, she said that corporate should have, but would not give me a number to call corporate. Took another escalation order AT LEVEL 4 (guess that's the highest)...
