I went down to Radio Shack and picked up an omni directional antenna for $73 Installed it my self. Works great. Voom said that the installer will be out on sat to replace the original one they installed and told me the replacement one should be better then my radio shack one. I don't know...

I am getting installed today between 12 and 5. It's 1 p.m. now. The installer just called and said he was 70 miles away and would be here about 4:30. I hope this isn't the beginning of a bad installation. But at least he called.
