For anyone who is able to "cut" their entertainment bill by ~$100/month by ditching pay TV service ... more power to ya. every little bit helps.. the price increases for all the monthly bills (cable, cell, broadband, etc) are going up at an unsustainable rate.

I have.. D* can't come close to Absolute HD with my single 622. $45 month. D* would cost me a minimum of $25 extra per month after the teaser rates expire (to get HD and DVR). $25/month == $300/year. Yep, I did the math and that's why I am very happy to stay with E*.
