I'm no expert from the looks of your pictures i think your focal length is off. I has the tek2000 10ft dish and my LNB rods and to be screwed in 8.5 inches from the rim of the dish. I see you have 12 footer there. I am not sure where those holes should be.

What kind of signal are you getting on METV on 101 West with your 10 footer?. I did my alignment myself as well using the noon day sun. I am getting 12.5 db on METV.

I have one of these dishes and I am having trouble with the focal length. I installed my poles using the predrilled holes on the dish. what kind of signal are yall getting? I am getting signal but I had to twist the feed and pole a little to get the feedhorn closer to the dish to get better...
