Thanks i will try it! The grit mux has no problem at all, it’s justice network who seems to be glitching in and out .

    Low power c band signals

Justice network on 97w seems to be dropping in and out. i get 60% quality then after 2 minutes the signal drops for about 5 seconds and comes back on. i’ve taken out the sathero outside and noticed that the signal stays at about 38% and then goes down below threshold at 28% for 5 seconds...

    Low power c band signals

Has anybody noticed less signal quality on 58w lately? last year i was able to pull in almost everything off this satellite using my 6ft solid dish with a titanium c1 pll lnb and a freesat v7hd. i seem to be only getting the bare minimum signal on each satellite that i tried between 40w and...

    6 ft dish

i finally made the move of buying a 6 ft dish ! Much better than my 4ft that i bought last year! So far i’m receiving all the channels i was struggling to lock on the 4ft dish. Having the sathero 200 and the titanium lnb helps a lot! It takes a lot of space in my backyard, but if we move from...

    Minibud lnb problem

I’ll try the margarine lid! I’ve tried swapping caps between lnbs and it didn’t work out. Maybe i could put the titanium lnb on the geosatpro and the holed cap on the prime focus dish.

    Minibud lnb problem

Every time it rains my c band lnb on my 4ft geosatpro fills up with water. Last time, i swapped for another c band lnb while the wet one dried up in the shed. This time, the back up lnb had smudge inside, so i cleaned it up with a hand towel and a tooth brush. I even used my wife’s hair dryer...

    Diginets on 97w

I’m having a hard time understanding why some dvbs2 signals are easy to receive with my 4 ft dishes while regular dvbs signals seems harder to lock and keep a good signal on them. Best example so far: The diginet mux on 97w 69% quality Bounce, grit , escape, laff , courtv 3890 H 12500 And...

    Diginets on 97w

    Diginets on 97w

Amen to that! Since i live in a french part of canada, i only get global tv from montreal (quebec city repeater) on my OTA antenna. There are only 5 channels available. People living closer to the USA border are lucky, they can have both US and canadian networks. On average they will receive...

    Diginets on 97w

Diginets are sub channels that you can normally find on your OTA antenna. Here in canada, there are none! So i have to rely on what i can find on fta satellites. 97w and 101w have several diginets available and they usually tend to have stronger c band signals than other networks.

    Diginets on 97w

Yup! Signal is stronger on the geosatpro with conical Scaler ring!

    Diginets on 97w

Wow! I'm amazed that i was able to pick up the diginets on 97w with my prime focus 4' dish and my titanium c band lnb! I'll try with my geosatpro and conical scalar ring if i can get better results.

    Hot transponder ? 87W - 95W

I can confirm BYU is the strongest signal out there! 74% quality on a 4 foot prime focus dish with a titanium c band pll lnb. I’ve tried many birds from 34w to 133w last summer. I didn’t get much, my favorite was CW on 91 but now i’m seeing it scrambled on lyngsat. Sad to see that one go!

    Conical Scalars

I tried the conical scalar on my 4’ prime focus dish, it didn’t help at all. The flat scalar with the titanium c band lnb was much better.

If i was able to get cw with the 4 footer, you will get it with the 8 footer for sure! Do you have the titanium c band lnb? I just don't know how you will set this up , outside in the cold and in the snow, i hope you have a heated garage , or a clear deck on a sunny day with no winds! Make...
