I'd look at using a rust converting product on the tube of the actuator. You don't want it oily to attract dust/dirt. You can find rust converters at most hardware stores or automotive stores that sell body paint and finishing supplys. This is just one example, but I've never used this one...

In my years of doing the FTA thing, today is the first time for something maybe related, I noticed that on 4020 the SID #2 CTV Kitchener was blank. The other SIDs were there. A rescan of the TP didn't load #2 again. Maybe the've been moving or otherwise altering things to give the OP the problem.

After looking at the dish above from the Gov auction, I think it is a prime focus dish but someone distorted the picture to make it look goofy. It looks like it breaks down into three pieces? I couldn't find other pics on the internet.

What voltage does the ASC1 drive the actuator with? Is it possible the actuator runs too fast and that some "counts" are being skipped because they're coming at too high of frequency? Not too high of frequency for the ASC1 but too quick for the actuator contacts to keep up with...

I'm curious... Can you position the dish with the actuator so it's pointed at 58w? You can get fairly close by aiming the lnb center support pole at the satellite's azimuth (140 degrees from North or 50 degrees East of South). Step back 20-30 feet and take a picture from straight out in front...

What is 58 degrees as set by the inclinometer?

When, as in month and year, did you last have the signal intensity in the 90s on 58w or 55w?

It has been pointed out twice that from your pictures it appears that you have tree blockage of the dish. That is enough to cause your issues. Please check that.

Not sure where the dish is pointed to in this pic, but the leaf coverage could be significant in cutting your signal levels.
