Probably you're got the point - no one know the answer for sure.

You could follow my steps and make new dish or temporary reuse your 129W dish with new KuFSS circular LNBF;
and _you_ will tell us how the satellite seen from Hawaii ( what island btw ?).

i know the 118.7 is having signal problems now,thanks by the way i'm on oahu.

That drawing gave me the giggles. I probably couldn't draw it much better it much better myself though.
