Has to do with the Gray/Schurz acquisition and Gray not being allowed to own 2 of the Big 4 in Rapid City. They are moving KOTA from 3 to 7 (as a sub) and they sold what was KOTA to a company for $1 (I'm not making that up). The new company gets everything BUT the ABC affiliate (they already have ME & This), the call sign and the 3-1 mapping.
