211 Can't find the signal

I have a 211 that has worked really well for the past few months. A few days ago, my wife turned on the box and it said it was searching for signal and went through all transpoders with nothing as a result.

I reset the box, hard and soft and still get the same error message. No connections we moved or changed and my other televisions (622) work fine!

I ran a test and the box says their is no signal.. Any suggestions before I have to pay the trip charge for Dish to come out?

BTW, what is with the 49.99 trip charge or the $ 29.99 trip charge if you have the warranty?

Do your lines run from a switch or from the lnb's? Seems like you may have a loose or broken wire or connection, since other receivers are working, you should start at the back of the 211 and work your way out.
