24 month commitment

My wife and I are contemplating having DISH set up in her name and to drop ATT/DISH. My question is, if we decide to do that are we locked into the programming for 24 months or can we go to a lower tier of programming after the six month promo is over?

You can ellect to have no committment but you don't get the install charge waived.

It is possible you may not be able to sign up and get the new promotion at the same address.
