Greetings from a new member. I came here looking for some help. I live in the St Louis MO area and have DISH HD service. I have 2 dishes on the house. One is for the standard Dish channels and the other is pointed at 61.5 for UPN. I called today to add the VOOM channels that are available from the initial offering and the rep advised me that I need a 3rd dish pointed at 129. Is this correct. I thought the satellite acquired by DISH was at the 61.5 location also. Thanks in advance.

Cirrently and for the near future, Voom is at 61.5° no need for another dish. All the current and new voom channels are at 61.5° right now. See http://dishchannelchart.com
If for some reason you ever need to see 129°, you wouldn't need "another" dish. You would need a "different" dish. The Dish 1000 would replace your Dish 500. The dish getting the regular channels would be exchanged for a dish that can continue to get the regular channels (110°/119°) AND 129° at the same time.
