No such receiver was ever released with that model number.

If you look at the current software page you'll see that they have just released software for the NEW 351.

The dish 351 is a MDU rec for Qam Installations.

never heard of it before on their site i checked how sware update it and it says its quam setup, it must be replacement for 3750, thats my guess

You are correct...

Basically a 301 thats in use for commercial accounts that use the Quam setups.

ok so it is basicly a 301 that is for Qam Racks, for RV Parks, MDU, etc.
Ok that answers my question thanks all.


I wonder what is different from it and a 301 or 311, must be something with the firmware and eeprom chips inside.

301 has a smartcard and a 311 doesn't. The 311 is supposed to have more memory for the sat guide as well , I think.

That was not my question. I know the difference from 301 to 311 I asked:

Most important the difference is QAM tuner instead of QPSK type.
