35th anniversary of Deliverance this saturday

AMC is having an anniversary showing of Deliverance this saturday at 8pm, the film has been digitaly restored and I believe that they are showing it unedited and possibly commercial free as well.

That's one sick film that I have never forgotten, tho' Lord knows I want to...! I don't think I'll need to see it again, even tho' I always liked the "dueling banjos" thing with one banjo and one guitar...

I havent seen it in years, last time I saw it was during an all nighter and it came on at 2am, I think it was back when I was taking classes at EMU so about 96 when I was able to stay up all night and go on the next day. Word of advice, dont watch it at 2am eating pizza and drinking Boones Farm, its not a good mix and if you had the neighbor that I had at the time alot of creepy thoughts start running through your head.
